Dale’s Pocono Bistro – Digital Overhaul
In December 2024, Dale’s Pocono Bistro partnered with Sunergos Technology for a complete digital overhaul. The project included a brand-new website, updated digital assets, a refreshed logo, and full implementation of SEO best practices, including some really advanced metadata for their menu. Sunergos also set up analytics tracking, launched targeted digital marketing campaigns, and established a strong online presence for the bistro. The transformation brought Dale’s Pocono Bistro into the modern digital landscape, improving both visibility and customer engagement.
Here’s what we delivered:

Custom Website Design & Development
We worked with Dale’s Pocono Bistro to first create a modern scalable logo that is worthy of a restaurant that has been in operation for more than 20 years. Dale’s Pocono Bistro had a physical brand with a consistent color scheme and interior/exterior decor, but they didn’t have any digital brand consistency to reflect that. Their site was iteratively and collaboratively designed and approved before development.
Their website centered around their menu, and the SEO markup related to it. However they also received a few other important pages to streamline their operations, such as a careers page to help them manage job applicants, and a blog as well as a promotions page which are integral pieces of their digital marketing strategy.
Their site was built to an extremely high standard, and their content management system allows them to edit their breakfast, lunch, and beverage menus with ease, which automatically mark up all menu items with appropriate LD-JSON metadata defined by the schema.org vocabulary.
Results
We could bore you with the technical details for hours, so lets jump into the fun stuff, results!
The following metrics represent a comparison of their launch date, December 16, 2024 – April 21, 2025 compared to the previous year.
212.3% Increase in Average Engagement Time Per User

A much increased engagement time makes sense, as their last site had a high bounce rate due to their menu being difficult to access on mobile devices, and a general sense the site wasn’t being maintained. However a nice surprise has been the SEO results Dale’s Pocono Bistro is already seeing. I always say, SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to see results. But with this project we are already seeing great achievements.
23.5% Increase in Active Users, 21.6% Increase in New Users

On February 1st, 2025, we started tracking conversions via a custom javascript event that sends data to Google Analytics. Whenever somebody clicks the call button or get directions from their website, we count that as a conversion. Since February 1st, there have been 217 conversions from their website. These 217 users did not find contact them through Yelp, TripAdvisor, or any third party service, did not click the call button on their google business profile or map-pack, but found their website through a search engine, voice assistant, or AI chatbot, and decided to call or initiate navigation to the restaurant.
217 Conversions From Feb 1st 2025 – April 21st 2025
Over 2.7 Conversions Per Day

In the technical SEO world, we all know how difficult it can be to get an acceptable Lighthouse score. Needless to say, with Dale’s Pocono Bistro’s website, we nailed it!
